Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada and to selected international destinations.
  • Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Vellara Silver is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders on time, Vellara Silver is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Customs clearance.
  • Carrier delays.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Strikes or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Vellara Silver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where reasonably possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact Vellara Silver within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
