No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Order Cancellation by Vellara Silver

If Vellara Silver is unable to fulfill your order and cancels it for any reason (such as inventory issues, payment verification, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package, and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product.
  • Photographs of the original packaging (if applicable).
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once we review and verify the claim, Vellara Silver will, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a full or partial refund, or
  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after the stated notification period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Eligible Situations
